It’s because they aren’t. Phi Delt, Phi Psi, and I guess Ksig are. Fiji doesn’t mix with the top srats or frats, hence they aren’t top house. They just post on this website and say they are

You’re obviously not in phi. Fiji is and has been a top house for years. And it seems like they’re the only top house that can stay affiliated and stay reasonably out of trouble with the university and their nationals. Seems to me Fiji is the place to be and pledges and stats know it.
