next year confusion

I know people in lower and mid tier sororitys and fraternity's that are more beautiful, handsome, smart and well rounded then the ones in the top tier reputation houses.
People say it has been a game changing year and the reps of many houses are changing. That including the top tiers with not so hot of a year
And the lower and middle having great ones.
Rush and take a bid where u like the best. Not because of their rep.
Advice from a new graduate.

Do what you want, but legends will be born on top

to be honest for sorority rush, MOST girls go in wanting to be in one of the top 5 houses. they end up in mid/low tier houses because they get dropped. for sorority rush the house really picks you, not the other way around.

Totally not written by a high school senior. Most girls going through rush think and hope they will get in the top tier. During rush, reality sets in and the chips fall as they may. Nice try lower tier.

Honestly, a lot of girls in the top 5 are preffing at sororities in the top 5, not necessarily in lower tiers. The top 5 houses (kkg ddd sk aphi axo) are all full of beautiful and well-rounded girls, as are the other "lower tier" houses. If you want to go top 5 (most girls go into rush thinking like this), you need to bring your A game to rush. No matter what happens during rush, most girls end up in the right place for them.

Please name the girls who picked the bottom tier over the top tier houses. Either their best friend was in one of the lower houses or they are lying.

People are happy where they end up and have a great experience. There are pretty and smart girls in every house. Girls may initally want the top houses, but only 60 girls get in each house x 5=300 girls, so 600 girls go to other houses and they are fine.

Only a few girls are not happy and feel slighted, so they post these types of post on this website. Give me a break.

In approximately 2-3 sororities this past year the reputation and image became questionable and mostly was not positive. Ranking changes. It happens. There is no slam dunk given position at the top.

every fraternity/sorority can get better or worse. it may not be in one year but there is not a locked in spot. A chapter can grow or get worse. It does happen. A few bad or good cycles of recruitment can make or break a chapter. The new PNM this fall need to realize that they should not go on a previous rep. Changes yearly.
