and the ones that need improvement and if they have really declined in rank or not.

thats because this is sorority rush at michigan. its not that competitive or reputable. connections are most important, above looks and personality.

DKE had huge class. Looking for one more and well see SAE in the mud. Call it a comeback. Call it whatever you want, but DKE is back. Tom Brady was a DKE.

DG is still a great sorority - lots of great girls - but this year - the pledge class that they would usually get did not happen. They are still middle tier.
AGD on the other hand pulled a strong pledge class and had a better couple of years before this one too. They should be middle tier.

Things do change. There is no guarantee that a upper, middle or lower house will stay that way.
Just because for name example only…Beta Beta or whatever the name--is top one year, they may have an off year or 3 and they no longer carry the weight.
National presence or not. Same goes for the sorority at another university. They may be top there, but totally not top here.
Both Frats and Sororities loose or gain ground. Just because your parents were in a top house in the 80's, does not mean it is the same now.
It changes all the time…they just do not want to believe it.
There is change in the middle and the lower as well, and it is naive to think it does not.
Personally, I do not see the top dropping down dramatically, but the rep. fluctuates from year to year just all of the houses.
There are few examples of losing a great reputation have happened this year at UM. Not naming them though. Truth.

It is funny how people talk like they know if things have changed or not. Tri Delts, Kappas and Phi's all try of the same girls and some years houses do better than others in getting their top bid list. Yes, there are many examples of Kappas wanting a girl that goes AXO, but for the most part, Kappa, Phi, TriDelta pick and get girls on their top bid list or middle second bid list.

The top 3 Tri delt Phi. Scrappa. have not changed much. The biggest surprise drop was KKG. But the top isn't as formidable as it once was. many girls in these houses could easily be middle tier. Nothing spectacular. They either had an advantage of some sort or knew someone. Really. Just regular girls in all the historical top 3.
