Neither place is that great, idk why you picked those two. They would probably both take a sophomore as long as your cool.

Don't listen to the people above, rush whatever frat you think would be a great fit for you! I have friends in both and they both enjoy it a lot! Sophomore rush will matter only a little, so Its definitely worth rushing!
