Its the off campus fraternity sigma phi. Basically a bunch of hipsters, not really metalheads. Not very "frat" but if you wanna sip pbr and have local bands play at your parties its probably your thing. Party themes can be a little odd. I remember during welcome week some of my friends went to their illuminati party and were kinda weirded out. At any rate if you're into music/art and can't see yourself in a stereotypical frat, it may be for you.
