legitimate frat tiers (greek consensus)

Tier 1: Phi Psi (falling), SAE, Theta Chi (falling), Fiji, Pike, AEPi (falling)

Tier 1.5: SigEp, Sammy, Sig, OZ/ZBT, Alpha Sig

Tier 2 (biggest tier): Chi Phi, Chi Psi, Sig Chi, Phi Delt, DKE, DU, PiKapps

Tier 3: DTD and below

This is based primarily on who these frats mix with, housing potential, pledge classes, and the opinion of people within Greek Life

OZ and Sig are both kinda irrelevant now. I don't really see how Pikapps is above DTD either. If anything the two should be switched or perhaps Pikapps should be bumped down.

divide Tier 2 into houses that have pregame partners and those that don't. Pregaming is very important for fall social rankings.

Tier 2: Chi Phi, Chi Psi, Phi Delt, Sig Chi

New Tier 3: DKE, DU, PiKapps

Pikapps is pretty clearly below those other two. They should be bumped down.

Phi Delt is kind of in its own little bubble under ChiPhi and ChiPsi but above DKE and SigChi
