Tier 1: Phi Psi (falling), SAE, Theta Chi (falling), Fiji, Pike, AEPi (falling)
Tier 1.5: SigEp, Sammy, Sig, OZ/ZBT, Alpha Sig
Tier 2 (biggest tier): Chi Phi, Chi Psi, Sig Chi, Phi Delt, DKE, DU, PiKapps
Tier 3: DTD and below
This is based primarily on who these frats mix with, housing potential, pledge classes, and the opinion of people within Greek Life

Lower Top: Fiji, Pike, Aepi
Upper mid: Sigep, Sammy, Chi Phi, Chi Psi, alpha sig
Lower Mid:Dke, Sigma Chi, Phidelt, Pikapp, DU
Bottom: DTD, Shady, TDX
Off the map: The rest
OZ/Sig don't really fit in anywhere but probably around upper mid/lower top
Top tier is struggling, they all have a flaw and no one out of the 3 has done anything to seperate

Alpha sig and chi psi are debatable but overall solid, theirs like a tier 2.5

I would say that the above ranking is accurate for now. The top three are starting to struggle, especially SAE now that they have to eliminate pledging from their membership process or be shut down by thier IHQ. The lower top has issues icluding Pike which does not have a very good reputation with other Greeks, mainly with the sororities.
