top tier frats

I agree. Sae has been falling, they have conjoined parties to try to stay relevant on campus but it doesn't seem to be working.. That combined with their fall pledge class, these guys will be irrelevant soon enough. theta chi is probably falling the fastest out of the top tier. They are really weird and girls are starting to realize it. They got hoed on ski trip pretty hard apparently. Pike will stay too until they lose their house. Their house is honestly the only thing keeping them in the top. Everyone knows only freshmen girls like pike guys. Phi psi has been falling slowly ever since they lost their house. Their nationals cut off their money supply so they can't even throw down. Aepi shouldn't be in top tier in the first place... None of the girls they mix with like them. Fiji for now seems to be the only top tier that seems to be getting better and or saying the same. In 3 years the while top tier will be different

All three of those frats are falling... But good nice job of trying to stay at the top. Sae theta chi and pkp are done being top house. Sad truth

SAE is the only one that might be falling considering their new pledging rules from nationals and their house situation, but still SAE is a notch above fiji

SAE will bring to fall even faster since they now must eliminate pledging from their membership by the order of the SAE National Councilor get shut down. It sucks to be them now.
