middle tier

After this year it seems that the previous tier system is not accurate. There is really just a upper or lower tier in reality. Being the "middle" of the middle, Upper middle, lower middle is really insignificant. There is very little- if any - differences with this group. It is never said that you are upper top, middle top or lower top and same for the bottom area. Upper and lower should be the thing.
