rising and falling frats?

I'm going to be a freshman next year and I was just wondering what are the best frats and which frats are rising and which frats are falling. I don't want to rush a fraternity that will be whack in 2-3 years

Fiji just became the top house, yet they are still rising as we speak. Delta Chi is also one to be looked out for. Went from bottom tier last year to being borderline almost top tier this year with thier pledge classes.

Not sure about Fiji. Delta Chi looks to be on the rise though. They used to be in the 40's and have 70 now. Might get top tier with the new house.

this is literally backwards because like all the top tiers are falling because the girls hate them (phipsi, theta chi, pike), alpha sig is rising, sig ep aepi du and chipsi rising

i'd say pike and sae are falling the most, pike after the whole girl hitting scandal and losing their house to sigma nu in 2 years and sae being off campus for so long and their fire
