They'd be nothing without the barn. You could give Beta the barn and they'd start to be considered "upper mid" like Dsig is now

They wouldn’t be anything without the barn. They have some cool Sophomores but their upperclassman are SNU level kids. If you have any frat the barn they would rise as much as Dsig.

because every freshman girl flocked to the nicest party space available. once the school year starts and girls realize that the only dudes at dsig are the members of dsig they'll be disappointed

Dsig has only had 2 late nights this year. Rest have been 2X2 and 3X3 mixers.
