OX losing chapter house

I thought this was only a greek rank meme until I looked further into it. This is going to significantly alter there rush process. I highly suggest dropping OX now. Something with AAIFC and nationals debt.

So are the fraternities under AAIFC more expensive than fraternities under University recognized IFC?

Usually yes but it is on frat to frat bases, AEPi notoriously highest followed by OX
