Pretty accurate in the post above, maybe move sigma chi to the bottom tier along with DTD

Phi Delt/DU/DTD/Sigma Chi/DKE/Pi Kapps should have "Alpha sig" added b/c of most recent pledge class numbers/quality (lost a lot of guys to other mids/tops. Other than that everything looks accurate

Should I even consider rushing here then? Still not 100% on transferring. I really don't miss the winters lol. Cause I don't wanna rush a top house here and A. Not have a chapter back home to join. B. I don't know exactly how that would even work if I joined a fraternity here and then transferred schools.
