None of them know yet. COB status will be determined by Panhel later in the semester based of membership numbers. Most of the sororities that have done COB in the past do not know if that will be possible this year. Just wait and reach out to people you know in sororities throughout the semester.

Ditto on the rush chair comment. If you email all of the houses you’re interested in about COB you will likely find some surprises. A lot of houses participate in COB, but some choose to advertise it openly while others want you to come to them. There’s no harm in asking, especially if you know someone in the house.
