Um they have no furniture at all and their floors are sticky. The only place to sit down at DU are those old wooden benches built into the wall that are literally 100 yrs old.

640 Oxford is very lavish and organized. The hardwood floors are glorious and grippy for added traction providing safety during parties. The party room is always nice and toasty to prevent anybody from catching a cold. The DJ stand is also very sturdy providing a safe spot for the masses to mosh on.
