Controversial Frat ranking (with reasons)

Top:
OX (Nominal status, fun guys)
AEPi (Again, nominal status. They throw hard)
Phi Psi (Best parties, but if they keep it up they'll rise)
PIKE (Losing their house. Again. Unexpected future for them)
SLIGHT DROP
Lower Top:
ASig (Not much to say. Same)
DKE (Took Fiji's niche)
Fiji (Girls are starting to lose a LITTLE interest. Less groupies)
DROP
Upper mid:
Lambda (Gaining momentum. Non-greeks even know about their parties, which says something)
Xi (A "messy-fun." Girls love that type of fun. Maintaining spot)
DChi (Same. Need to make more of an image if they want to rise)
MASSIVE DROP
Mid:
DU (I wish I could put them lower, but tbh all the mids are plummeting)
Sig Chi (Disastrous this year. Fun, but disaster)
DSig (They could easily rise with DTD, Sigma Chi, and DU plummeting. Need to throw more.)
PiKapp (Same scenario with DSig. Gotta get control of the SDT groupies though)
DTD (Live on this site. Pi Phi groupies says it all)
SLIGHT DROP
Lower Mid:
SNu (They're not bad, but they need to keep pushing. These are the types of guys that played volleyball in HS tbh)
ATO (Put them in their place. Never heard of them throwing)
TDX (Parties are aight. Smells like vomit there. Beautiful EXTERIOR house)
Shady (AGD groupies are interesting. Nice guys though)
Phi Delt (PUT THEM IN THEIR PLACE. They are new and need to get under control. They live on this site. Some dislikes will be from them)
Beta (tbh the best way to describe them is "Dads" or "Daddies." )
SLIGHT DROP
Bottom:
Psi U (Râpe scandal 🤡 and rich boys, and a filthy house🤡 it'll take a lot to fix this)
Triangle (Friendly guys who are smart. They party with each other ChiO's neighbor)
Phi Sig (They need more members to create momentum. Can't say much)
Chi Psi (New in the fall, so bottom)
SAE (Just heard they'll be joining in the fall, so bottom)

Now that's a fair assessment. They did rush well for a new house but need to improve their social schedule/parties more to be considered mid

Just came back to check on this, and if this is true, then tbh I agree. Lower mid tier has had a lot of fluidity over these past couple years though, but I agree.

yeah tdx throws great parties and has a pgp, unlike most of the other bottoms. definitely should be top of bottom.

If lambda keeps it up, then I think by the end of next fall they should be able to comfortably be known as a top tier fraternity. If Fiji falls even more, then yeah, lambda easily will be top by 2022

They don't really mix with anyone, they're new so they can't really prove themselves as some of the older fraternities have, and they also haven't made themselves as public as some of the other fraternities. They also live on this website and need to be put in their place, because they self rank themselves so high that they need to realize that they are not on the same level as pikapps and dsig. They're fun, but you can't just jump to mid tier within ~ a year.
