phi delt ranks themselves high but has no parties low numbers no house. they have potential next year with pit but we will see if that works and house. but need to be patient. why they think they can jump established low-mid tier frats with mixers and sometimes pgps such as ato and tdx and shady and snu is nonsense. self-rank garbage.

nobody would have any problem with them if they just did their thing. they for sure could rise going forward. instead they just anoint themselves. need to earn respect.
