Rushing as a transfer

I've attended a community college the last two years and will be transferring as a junior to U Mich. Will my junior standing make it harder for me to get a bid at a frat?

most places will want you to live in the house. so consider helping re-establish SAE, Chi Psi, or another fraternity thats coming back. rush anyways
