Best brotherhoods

After reading through these posts, is best brotherhood and toughest pledging hand in hand? If so does that mean if the tops phi psi fiji asig are closest and then ox aepi aren’t really that close and just more girl focused?

Lol they are. Maybe the two best brotherhood frats on campus. Only other I could argue is phi psi
