Honest question: Why is Lambda ranked above Xi?

From what I've seen Lambda simped heavy for DG and they lost PGP to Xi. Now Lambda is stuck with ADPI who they hate. Also XI is consistently with Skrappa and AXO and have a great house location

If lambda hated adpi they wouldn’t have asked them they would’ve just taken no pgp like sig chi
