Question About Rush for 2021-22?

I will be going to UMich this fall and plan to Rush a fraternity, since the following fraternities are no longer recognized by both University and IFC, are they now part of the AAIFC and are freshmen allow to rush them next year?

Phi Kappa Psi - University loss of Recognition in Winter 2021
Delta Tau Delta (DTD) - University loss of Recognition in Winter 2021
Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI) - University loss of Recognition in Winter 2021
Sigma Chi - University loss of Recognition in Winter 2021
Delta Upsilon - University loss of Recognition in Winter 2021
Lambda Phi Epsilon - University loss of Recognition in Winter 2020
Chi Phi - University loss of Recognition in Fall 2019
Alpha Sigma Phi - University loss of Recognition in Fall 2018
Delta Kappa Epsilon - IFC removal in Fall 2015
