IFC Recognition Changes

Why were Phi Psi, DTD, FIJI, Sigma Chi and DU all removed from the IFC this semester?
Are these permanent decisions or will they be revisited next fall?
And, in any event, what's the point of the IFC if it represents 50% of the fraternities on campus?
