WEST VIRGINIA UNIVERSITY, UNIVERSITY OF COLORADO AND DUKE UNIVERSITY TO NAME A FEW ALL HAVE FRATERNITIES UNAFFILIATED WITH THEIR UNIVERSITY AND IFC. GOOGLE IT.

Both fraternities and DKE are recognized by their IHQ, but not by UMich and IFC.
