You clearly know nothing about architectural detail. the zeta psi house was built a little bit before the rise of the arts and crafts movement. Because of this, it still features much influential prowess of the 19th century, as seen with the spandrels, balustrade, and even the bay window at the front of the house. DTD is kind of flat at the front, but it has a nice homage to iron work.
