Panhel/IFC should do more with NPHC

How are we gonna say greek life and not include all greek life? Everyone i’ve met in NPHC sororities is so much cooler and also just outright gorgeous.

Nphc excludes themselves honestly. They criticize the panhel and ifc fraternities all the time and then act surprised when they arent welcomed with open arms

AXO is already a very diverse sorority. They have no need for dealing with any more people of color. Just look at their prized sister.

Some panhel sororities are bending over backwards internally, on a national level, to be more inclusive- some changing legacy policies and more.
At a local level:
- are we promoting panhel recruitment to the students that would benefit from any of this?
- are the NPHC groups also changing their legacy policies to promote diversity and inclusion?
- are we planning events for NPHC and IFC/Panhel to do together?

If none of these things are happening, why does any of it even matter? Why bother discussing diversity at all, if none of the actions are being taken to lead to real improvement?
