Snu benefits a ton from having Pike’s old house, but they really aren’t taking advantage of it. You won’t find groups of girls going out to Sigma Nu on any given night. I’m not in the frat and I can’t comment on the brotherhood so no judgements to pass there but socially they have a lot of work to do before they can even be considered one of the better bottom frats
