sophomore rush

I didn't realize how important greek life was here until I decided not to rush and now I feel like I'm missing out. Should I rush as a sophomore?

"pledging" a sorority sophomore year will limit the options of houses interested but most houses will still consider you.

pledging a frat first semester sophomore year will also limit your options, but rushing/pledging a frat second semester sophomore year is difficult/unadvised.

i would recommend to go for it regardless; nothing to lose and a lot to gain (no matter which house you join)! good luck

Rush as a sophomore. It really shouldn't hurt your chances getting in somewhere. Top tier, middle tier and lower tier have all taken sophomores
