rush
by: FreshI heard that during rush, frats are not allowed to serve alcohol. I find it hard to believe that fraternities will enforce this rule.. what is the reality of it?

Officially rush is an entirely dry process but many frats will have one or two events which do feature drinks. These are usually dubbed "game night" or something of the like. Almost all of them will have parties at their senior house for the potentials. Invite only events will also usually feature drinking.
