Can I drop my current bid for ATO?

Hi I got a bid from Fiji but I really want to be in ATO since I heard they are a top frat but I didn't get a bid from them. Do you think that next rush If I told them I decided to drop Fiji for a chance to join ATO I would have a better chance next rush?
