Phi Sig Conspiracy Theories

It is extraordinarily rare people have actually met anyone in Phi Sig. Few have seen the house. I'm pretty sure nobody has ever actually gone inside. What happens there? Is it some sort of front for an underground operation? Is it real? Is it a myth? Thoughts below.
