Frats that rank themselves and those who aren't on greek rank. That is the difference. The high school boys need the self assurance that they are popular.

The top tier guys think they are top tier so they rank themselves that way. Most mid lower or lower tiers could give a rats ass about them. All have good parties and social lives. Go with who you vibe with because that is who you will be hanging out with for your college years and beyond.
