You can reach out to KD and GPhi now, but I know a few more who are planning to COB so check back tomorrow as well. If you’re planning to reach out to “top” srats I wouldn’t bother but if they’re a lower/mid srat it probably wouldn’t hurt to reach out with excitement now :)
