dg is obvi ranked higher and mixes with "better" frats, mostly xi tbh, and are known to be pretty wild and fun with a little cattiness here and there. piphi is definitely known for being chill, really smart, and cute, a ton of girls go out but others stay in and also can be a mixed bag with some more randoms that dg has. can't go wrong either way just depends on what kind of vibe you're looking for :)
