does pi phi do cob in the winter semester? I really liked pi phi and they were one of my favorites and they dropped me this last round.

There are no guarantees. I would recommend joining one of your remaining houses. I promise you that there will be people you like in every chapter

It honestly depends on the year. It’s kinda a 50/50 shot but I would go through pref and see how you feel with the chapters you have left before you decide to try COB instead. Good luck!!
