Already signed my lease for housing next yr

I already signed my lease for a house next yr but i just saw that you shouldn’t do that depending on sorority housing requirements- what should I do?

you should definitely try to find someone to take over your lease

I think you should be fine. There’s usually a live-in requirement anyways so you would just live in as a junior or whatever year you are after next year. No big deal as far as I know coming from a membership standpoint.

Don’t stress- they won’t force you to live in if you already have a lease.

what other ppl said. they won’t force you to live in, or you can live in later, lots of options. it also changes depending on house so I wouldn’t make any big decisions until you actually know what house you’re in

they cant/wont force you to live in the house, but personally i wouldnt bring up that you have a lease signed unless it comes up
