dilemma about rush

rushed in the fall, dropped because i was worried about grades, but now im thinking of rushing but dont know if i can stay on campus. what do i do?

Try to stay on campus. Some of the opens will be virtual anyways at first. You may get along with some of the groups and they will bid you. You never know. It is a different kind of year.
