how did phi delt do this semester

first semester back and i know some guys who chose them over pike and fiji...kind of a mixed group overall (some could've been top, some def mid-low) but pretty impressive for being fresh back to UM

secured a house in the pit

had some mixers (they pulled one with zeta)

rushed decently for their rank
