Is the pledging really that bad at Phi Psi that someone said you give up your physical and mental health for some red chucks?

Should be noted almost none of the other houses are like this. The vast majority of houses have morals and don’t put their pledges at extreme physical risk for the sake of brotherhood. Any other top house will still have a very strenuous pledge but shouldn’t worry about getting a weekly ass beating
