what do you talk about in sorority rush?

Do you have to explain why you want to be in each sorority? I'm really nervous about rush in January because I don't know what to expect

go check youtube for rush vlogs from any school to get a real answer. don't worry it's literally all normal small talk and hobbies and "what clubs did you join/how did you volunteer in high school" for the first few rounds

It’s pretty normal small talk! I would be prepared to answer “Why do you want to be in a sorority?” and maybe think of some questions you have about the sorority, but overall it’s more important to have an interesting, fun conversation and be easy to talk to.
