Need a Winter Rush Explanation

I'm a freshman looking to rush this winter. Does anyone have an idea how winter rush will work this year?

Prolly will be the same as this fall with virtual basic events and a good amount of dirty rush going on, best bet is to get to know freshman rushing and pledging in the fall and have them as your touch point
