I always hear about houses being "on the rise" but it seems like it's pretty much stayed the same since I've been here. Kinda seems like a joke to say any house is trending any direction.

Here's an example. Aepi went downhill last year after the hazing video. Most of the guys they wanted went to Sammy yet they are rated where they have been for the last four years even though their pc and reputation are not what they used to be

Recognition/Status Changes by Chapter Headquarters:
Alpha Sigma Phi - March 20, 2025 - Interim suspension of all new member activities
Lambda Chi Alpha - January 22, 2025 - Limited Operations Status -Status means chapter may not conduct any of the rituals, ceremonies, or educational sessions, conduct any recruitment events, and will refrain from having any contact with any Associate Members
Things like this definitely cause some movement. Less willing to be a pledge and get hazed for a frat that might not be around much longer.
