i think subtiers are needed in some instances (i wouldn’t really equate gphi to dg or tdx to xi) but overall these are the 3 tiers

because there's so many frats that are worse, so by default tdx is higher than those at least. i think they're fine where they are, at least they have mixers. ATO down doesn't and i think that's the major difference
