the houses paired are basically 'arch rivals' but striking similar in a weird way. going down means marginally less attractive girls

people mix up chi phi and chi psi becasue they are bot terrible places filled with uncool kids who are essentially geeds. i guess the only difference is that chi phi smokes a little more weed and chi psi does not have many members

+ Pike and Phi Psi. those fraternities didnt get a bunch of perfect ratings by chance. its really a much more embarrassing exposure of the entire male greek system. blaming it on one or two fraternities (in all fairness chi psi 93 ratings are you kidding me)is ignoring the real problem that most fraternities are a little bit too much into gossip and drama. that is why sae will always be king
