1. Theta Chi is not the best and at the very least is below SAE and Phi Psi

2.Sammy and Sigep are both better than Psi U

3. CHI PSI?? I think you mean Chi Phi. How come people don't think Chi Phi is good anymore? Chi Phi SHOULD be pregaming with DG but got screwed over by SigEps and their 200 kid pledge class money.
