yeah i agree with everything until you said girls ALWAYS choose delta chi over chi psi, they are pretty much the same id say.
also just to add i feel like theres the 'top' houses (that we all know by now) and the 'lower' houses but theres this weird area between them that includes the sigep/chiphi/dke tier. just thought that was worth mentioning.

nope, you're wrong. SAE is slowly going downhill. they had alpha phi for pregame this year so they were still relevant. they'll sort of have tridelt next year, but after that, they're done. next years pledge class is going to be small, and within 2 or 3 years, SAE will be gone.

#180by: cold hard facts
phipsi- losing awesome pregame house
thetachi- new top fraternity on campus, throw down hard
sae- will disappear in 2 years
aepi- getting less jappy
pike- same old pike
fiji- SLIPPING, THEY HAD A HORRIBLE YEAR in general, losing pledge potentials to sigep
sammy- doin' well, great fraternity this year
psiU- NO MORE PARTIES
sigep- good rush year, most of the freshman earned the houses newly found reputation. started mixing with tridelt
chiphi- has heading downhill for years, may have found their place and planted their feet
deke- big winter class but need reestablish their ground since piphi hit rock bottom
chi psi- pretty good year for them, but nothing spectacular still are forced to throw VERY open parties
adphi- shady reputation isnt going anywhere at this rate, still an slightly underrated frat tho, some of the guys are quality
sigmachi/phidelt: dont care what low tier sorority you managed to pregame with, you are still disgusted by any decent person in greek life
