dke vs. pi kapp vs. phi delta theta

Lower than DKE, about the same as PhiDelt/Pikapps

DU, DKE, and PhiDelt are all pretty even mid-tier. They are fairly respected by most sororities and mix with the same ones as each other. All have some chill guys and some douches (like most houses). I think DKE is slipping and DU/PhiDelt are moving up. PiKapps is comparable but girls don't really like going there as much so it's probably right below the other 3. For parties, PiKapps and DU throw better parties (they both have great houses) and PhiDelt has good tailgates. DKE's tahitian is pretty fun but it's the only open party they throw. As far as hazing, I know a guy who dropped DKE last fall and pledged DU in the winter. Seems to like it. In my honest opinion, just meet the guys at rush events and decide where you feel comfortable. @Sororitygirl what did they do to him that made him want to drop? Was it the people in the frat or the actual hazing? I don't mind earning my way in by cleaning and doing work that no one else wants to do, as long as its productive. But I don't want to demean myself just to fit in at any fraternity.

DKE doesn't haze hard at all. Those rumors are on this thread because it's a bunch of Phi Delts trying to bash them out of bitterness.

DU is completely irrelevant. Pikapps is just a step up. DKE and Phi Delt are far better house with Phi Delt beating out DKE by quite a bit.

Not true, phi delt mixes in their basement and has topshelves, they just can't drink on their main floor. They drink at their senior houses too

During syllabus week this year, there was a big mixer at the Pi Kapp house with ZTA, Pi Phi, and Phi Delt. I'd say Pi Kapp and Phi Delt are pretty comparable. All three houses, DKE, Pi Kapp, and Phi Delt, usually mix with DG, ZTA, and Pi Phi. Pi Kapp and DKE like to throw a good amount of "tier 3's" (big open parties) during the year with Pi Kapp probably throwing a few more than DKE.

regarding that "big" mixer, it was at pikapps and all of phidelt came, half of pi phi, and like 5 zetas. it got shut down an hour in too.

no one in zta cares about pi kapps from what my friends in zta say. pi phi goes wherever there's booze. wouldn't join phi-delt or pikapps based off some meh short-lived 'big' mixer
