I heard welcome week is really fun. I really just want to party with my friends and have a good time. When's the best time for me to introduce myself to the brothers if I want to rush?

If you make it past the door that's generally a good sign. Take a handle pull or two or three with a brother and then tell them you're interested in rush.

i missed welcome week last year, but every frat party after that i've gotten into (I'm a sophomore this year)
should i just approach a sober monitor and tell them i wanna rush?

last time i checked PIKE, SAE, Chi Phi, and DKE were all pretty decent
