Can someone rank which fraternities have the best house on campus? Which ones live up to the standards of their house?

I'm assuming this question is about the physical houses, in which case:

SAE
FIJI
Theta Chi
Phi delt
DU
DKE
Delta Chi

FIJI, OX, and SAE have the best houses. FIJI is the biggest and cleanest, SAE is the most like a "frat castle" and Theta Chi has the best living situation (they own the houses next to their main one, it's called the OX block)
