tier system

I'm really confused about this whole tier system thing. I read the frat rankings but they don't match up with what people are saying in the discussion section. What are the middle tier frats? And which are the best frats to rush if you're a sophomore?

middle tier is basically Chi Phi, Chi Psi, DKE, Sigma Chi, PiKapps, PhiDelt, DU, DTD, TDX (maybe Delta Chi and TKE too)

If you don't like the guys, it doesn't really matter if it's a "top" Frat or not (especially if you're basing your decision off of the random, anonymous, biased posts on this site).

I suggest rushing middle or lower tiers if you're a soph, easier to get in.
