frat ranks to end all frat ranks (with explanations)

This is how it is right now. Argue in the comments if you want.
OX (The undisputed top frat. Girls love going to OX and they don't disappoint when the pressure is on. rising)
AEPi, Phi Psi (Used to be on par with OX but they have since been falling ever since tailgate szn. PGPs keep them top but they are no longer at the tippy top. falling)
Fiji (Good reputation around campus and they are well respected. Likeable guys that aren't douchey but their freshman are not as good as their sophomores. Steady)
Pike, Chi Phi, Lambda (Pike has already gotten it bad enough. Losing house and I haven't met many of their winters, but the pike's falls aren't too bad. Pike is falling. Both chi phi & lambda are very well liked right now. Chi Phi is in a little bit of trouble with ifc so they might take a hit soon but both did very well in winter rush. rising)
Xi, DChi (Nothing crazy going on here, well liked as usual and staying away from the drama. They didn't "win" winter rush but they both did well for themselves. steady)
DU (Same mixer schedule as Xi but nowhere near as well respected. From what I hear, the merger is still affecting them and their fall and winter pc's show it. They're still much better than the frats below them though. steady)
Sig Chi, DTD (Sig Chi got pi phi for pgp which was expected for a long time. Lots of girls in zta like them but their location keeps them irrelevant. Sig Chi is steady. DTD had to settle for gphi after losing pi phi. DTD is falling)
PiKapp (Chi O keeps them relevant but other than that, there are better frats to go to rather than going out of your way to go to their house. Well liked by the sororitys they mix with tho. Steady)
DSig (Barn. Pretty fun when it gets packed but the brothers are still weird. Steady)
ATO (have mixers with the bottom sororitys, this is the last sorority that frats mix with, so they're right on the verge of irrelevancy. steady)
Snu (i'm putting them here because they're getting pike's house and they also have a sizeable pc from what i hear. They have more potential than any other house beneath them so they get this spot. Wouldn't be surprised if freshman swarm their house during welcome week next year. rising)

Everyone knows that pike is falling but they’re definitely not on chi phi and lambdas level. They’ll have to lose axo before that happens
